Rodalies line R2 Sud stops at Sitges, Castelldefels and Gavà and runs to Barcelona. To reach Fira Gran Via you then need a change to the metro or a walk from the nearest station, so the trip takes noticeably longer than by car, carrying your bags or material. For one person travelling light it is a reasonable option outside rush hour.

Yes: R2 Sud to Barcelona and then the metro. It takes noticeably longer than by car and involves a change.
