ISE 2027, the audiovisual and systems integration show, takes place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 2 to 5 February, according to its organiser. We move exhibitors, integrators and technical teams between the airport, hotels and the venue.

The show
Four days of AV, with set-up before and after
The organiser publishes opening hours of 10:00 to 18:00 from 2 to 4 February and 10:00 to 16:00 on Friday 5 February. For exhibitors the week is longer: stands are built in the days before and dismantled on the last afternoon, often with early starts and late finishes.
ISE is also the first big event of the year at Fira Gran Via, a few weeks before the busiest congress in Barcelona’s calendar. Hotels and vehicles fill quickly, so it pays to plan transport at the same time as you book the stand.
Who needs a private transfer
When it is worth it
A single visitor with a small bag can use the L9 Sud metro line from the airport. A private transfer makes sense for teams, for people carrying equipment and for days that start before the metro is convenient.

Vehicles
Space for people and kit
Tell us how many people travel and what they carry: number and size of cases, any long items, and whether the kit travels with the team or separately. We send vans with luggage space and, for larger teams, several vehicles on the same schedule. Each vehicle carries up to 14 people.
The price covers what you declare when booking. Anything requested on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting beyond the free time, is agreed with you before the journey starts.
For your company
One quote for the whole week
Send us flights, hotels and the daily plan for set-up, show days and dismantling. We reply with a written fixed quote and a single contact for the week. Every journey is made in a licensed vehicle with passenger insurance, logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT to your company.
Hotels and timing
Where teams stay and when to leave
Hotels near Plaça d’Europa and along Gran Via are the closest to the venue but fill early in show week. Many teams stay in the city centre or outside Barcelona and travel in every morning. From the centre, allow 20 to 30 minutes; from the coast or nearby towns, more, depending on traffic.
For set-up days we plan early runs before the morning rush. On show days we suggest leaving the hotel with enough margin to be at the stand before the doors open at 10:00, and on the last afternoon we arrange collections for dismantling crews and departures to the airport.

Can you carry AV equipment?
Yes, within the space of the vehicle. Tell us the number and size of the cases when you book, so we send vans with enough room.
Do you run early transfers on set-up days?
Yes. We work 24 hours a day. Tell us the times and we include the runs in your quote.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see it before you book and it does not change with traffic. Group itineraries get a written fixed quote.
Can I cancel if our plans change?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. Closer to the pickup a charge may apply.
Are you the official transport of ISE?
No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the organisers of ISE or by Fira de Barcelona. The event name is used only to describe the dates and venue we serve.
