Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global 2027 take place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 20 to 22 April, according to the organiser. We move exhibitors, buyers and national delegations between the airport, hotels and the venue.

The show
Three intense days for the seafood trade
The organiser publishes opening hours of 10:00 to 18:00 on 20 and 21 April and 10:00 to 16:00 on 22 April. Exhibitors arrive earlier for set-up, and many buyers fly in for one or two days of back-to-back meetings.
The show brings together producers, processors, importers and retailers from many countries, with national pavilions and delegations that travel as a group. That makes transport planning a team task: different flights, several hotels and a fixed time to be at the stand.

Fira Gran Via is close to the airport, which makes same-day departures from the venue realistic. We plan the pickup at the end of your last meeting with margin for traffic and check-in.

Practical details
What is included
Your driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals with a name sign, with 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. At hotels the free wait is 15 minutes. The price covers the people and bags you declare, so tell us about sample cases or material when you book.
Child seats are available on request for a supplement. Online bookings are paid by card and can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice.
For delegations
One plan for the whole pavilion
If you coordinate a pavilion or a trade mission, send us the participant list with flights and hotels. We return a written fixed quote with all transfers and daily runs, one contact during the show and a VAT invoice to the organising body or company. Every journey is made in a licensed vehicle, insured and logged by GPS.
Departure day
From the last meeting to the gate
The last day closes earlier, at 16:00, and many exhibitors and buyers fly home that same evening. That puts a lot of people on the road to the airport at the same time. We plan departure transfers by flight, with a collection point near your hall and margin for traffic and security at El Prat.
If your team leaves on different flights, each person gets their own pickup time, and anyone who stays an extra night is collected from the hotel the next morning instead. Everything is listed in the same written quote.

Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.
