ICE Barcelona 2027 takes place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 18 to 20 January, and iGB Affiliate runs alongside it on 19 and 20 January, according to their organisers. The week
Two shows in the same week at Gran Via
ICE publishes opening hours of 10:00 to 18:00, with an earlier close at 16:00 on Wednesday 20 January. iGB Affiliate is held in halls 8.0 and 8.1, on the north side of the venue, which is reached through the North Entrance. If your team works at both shows, tell us which entrance each person needs, so the drop-off point is the right one.
For exhibitors the week starts earlier: stands are built in the days before the opening and taken down on the last afternoon. Those runs are usually at times when the venue is quiet and the team carries tools and material.

Fira Gran Via sits between the airport and the city, about 15 minutes from either terminal without traffic, so a same-day departure from the stand is realistic if you leave margin for check-in.

Hotels near Plaça d’Europa are the closest to the venue and fill first; many teams stay in the city centre and travel in every morning, which takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Flight tracking, meet and greet with a name sign at the airport, 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, 15 minutes at hotels, and the people and bags you declare when booking. Extras on the day are agreed before the journey.
Can I cancel?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. For group proposals, the conditions are stated in the written quote.

No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the organisers of ICE Barcelona and iGB Affiliate or by Fira de Barcelona. The event name is used only to describe the dates and venue we serve.
