The show
Three days for the events industry
IBTM World brings together destinations, venues, agencies and corporate planners from the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry. Days are packed with scheduled appointments, so arriving on time matters more than at most shows.
The organiser has published the 2027 dates but not yet the venue on its website. The show is traditionally held at Fira Gran Via; we confirm the venue with you when we plan your transport.

What is included
Fixed price and clear conditions
At the airport your driver tracks the flight and waits with a name sign, with 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. The price is fixed before you book and does not change with traffic. Online bookings are paid by card and can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. Every journey is insured, logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT.
Evenings
Networking events and late returns
IBTM week is full of evening events: receptions, destination dinners and networking parties in venues across Barcelona. Getting between them, and back to the hotel late at night, is where planned transport helps most.
Send us the evening programme and we arrange pickups at the venue or the hotel, and returns at the end of each event. For hosted groups moving together, several vehicles leave at the same time, with up to 14 people in each. Everything goes into one written fixed quote.

Request a proposal for your team
Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Yes. Send us your requirements and we prepare a written proposal for your groups in Barcelona.
Can you handle buyers arriving on different flights?
Yes. Send us the flight list and we coordinate the pickups, with up to 14 people per vehicle.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see it before you book, and group proposals are fixed in writing.
How is it invoiced?
With VAT, to the company you indicate, with any reference you need.
Are you linked to the organiser?
No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the organisers of IBTM World or by Fira de Barcelona. The event name is used only to describe the dates and venue we serve.
Can I cancel?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. Between 24 hours and the minimum window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends and public holidays) a charge may apply.
