When it makes sense
When a car by the hour beats separate transfers
A single transfer is enough when you go from the airport to the venue and stay there all day. A car with driver by the hour is the better choice when the day has several stops and the times are not fully fixed: a breakfast meeting in the city, the stand at Fira Gran Via, a client visit in the afternoon and a dinner in the evening.
With the driver at your disposal you do not wait for a new vehicle at every stop, you leave material in the car between meetings and you have one person who knows the plan for the day. For executives with a tight agenda, that certainty is usually worth more than the time saved.

How it works
From your agenda to a written quote
Send us the day or days you need, the approximate start and end times, the number of people and the main stops. We prepare a written quote for the hours of service, with the vehicle category that fits your group and luggage. If the plan changes during the day, tell the driver or our team: as long as the vehicle is available, we adapt the route within the hours booked.
The quote states what is included before you approve it, so nothing is added afterwards. Any extension beyond the booked hours is agreed with you before it happens.
For your company
Licence, insurance and an invoice finance accepts
Every service is made in a vehicle licensed for passenger transport, with a professional driver and compulsory passenger insurance. The journeys are logged by GPS, and the invoice is issued with VAT in your company’s name, with your purchase order reference if you need one.
If you combine a car by the hour with airport transfers or daily runs for the rest of the team, everything goes into one quote and one invoice, with a single contact before and during the event.

Choosing the vehicle
For one to three people, a saloon is usually enough. For small teams with samples, screens or roll-up banners, a van gives you the space you need. For larger groups we combine vehicles so that nobody waits for a second trip. Tell us the luggage and material you carry and we recommend the right category.
For companies and organisers
Request a proposal for your team
Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Hourly hire is quoted on request. Tell us the times you need and the written quote states the hours of service and what is included before you approve it.
Can the plan change during the day?
Yes. Within the booked hours the driver adapts the route to your agenda, as long as the vehicle is available. Any extension beyond those hours is agreed with you first.
Can the same driver work several days?
We try to keep the same driver for the whole event when the schedule allows it. Ask for it in your request and we confirm it in the quote.
Can I book a car by the hour online?
Not yet. The price box on this page books single transfers. For hourly hire, send us your agenda by email or WhatsApp and we reply with a written fixed quote.
How is it invoiced?
With VAT, in your company’s name, with your VAT number and any purchase order reference you need.
Can I cancel an hourly booking?
The cancellation conditions are set out in the written quote. For online transfers, cancellation is free with 24 hours or more notice.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and for a supplement. Children count as passengers.
