Alimentaria, the food and drink show, and Hostelco, the hospitality equipment show, are held every two years. Their organisers have announced the next edition for 20 to 23 March 2028 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. There is no 2027 edition. No. Alimentaria is held every two years. The organiser has announced the next edition, with Hostelco, for 20 to 23 March 2028 at Fira Gran Via.

What is included?
Flight tracking, meet and greet with a name sign at the airport, 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, 15 minutes at hotels, and the people and bags you declare when booking. Extras on the day are agreed before the journey.
Can I cancel?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. For group proposals, the conditions are stated in the written quote.
Are you linked to the organisers?
No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the organisers of Alimentaria and Hostelco or by Fira de Barcelona. The event name is used only to describe the dates and venue we serve.
