  • Without a date we show the reference price for a normal weekday, without trade fairs or holidays. With a date, the price for that day (it can be higher on events and holidays). The final price is confirmed before you pay.
  • Groups of up to 50 people get an instant price, in one or several vehicles. For larger groups, message us.

Build-up, equipment and breakdown at any hour

Build-up and breakdown happen outside visitor hours, often early in the morning or at night. Each organiser sets the schedule in its exhibitor manual; we answer 24 hours a day, every day.

Build-up and breakdown

Schedules outside visitor hours

Each organiser publishes the build-up and breakdown schedule in its exhibitor manual, with the days and hours the venue is open to stand teams. These are usually the days before opening and the afternoon and night of the last day.

Send us that schedule and your team’s shifts and we plan the pick-ups at the hotel and the venue, early mornings included. We answer 24 hours a day, every day.

Equipment

Arriving with luggage, samples and equipment

When you check the price, enter the real number of people and bags or boxes. With more than usual we send a vehicle with more room: Van XL, Van XXL or Minibus 22, each priced instantly in the widget.

We carry people with their luggage, roll-ups, sample cases or small screens. Pallets, furniture and stand freight go with the fair’s logistics service or your stand builder.

  • Tell us the real number of boxes and whether there are long items.
  • At the venue, vehicle access is managed by the fair: the driver follows its instructions.
  • If your team arrives on different flights, we coordinate several pick-ups with a single contact.

During the fair

Every day, from the hotel to the stand

During the show, the stand team arrives before opening and leaves after closing. We run morning and evening trips between the hotel and the entrance for your hall, and a car with driver by the hour for client meetings.

Everything goes in one written fixed proposal and a VAT invoice issued to your company.
