Book early
The two busiest weeks: ISE and Mobile World Congress
ISE (2–5 February 2027) and Mobile World Congress (1–4 March 2027) both take place at Fira Gran Via, a few weeks apart. They are the weeks when hotels, flights and vehicles are hardest to find in Barcelona.
If your company is exhibiting or sending a delegation, send us your plans as soon as the travel dates are known. We prepare the transport around your flights and hotels and confirm everything in writing.
Spring and autumn
The rest of the year
April brings Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week and Seafood Expo Global in consecutive weeks. May has Hispack and Construmat at Gran Via, and June SIL Barcelona. After the summer, the CCIB hosts the EUROSPINE annual meeting in October, and November closes the year with IBTM World and Smart City Expo World Congress, whose 2027 dates are still to be confirmed.
Alimentaria is held every two years and has no 2027 edition: the organiser has announced the next one for 20 to 23 March 2028.
Accommodation
Hotels outside Barcelona
During the largest events many teams stay outside the city, along the coast or in nearby towns. That makes the daily journey to the venue longer and more dependent on traffic, which is where a planned transfer helps most.
Tell us where your team is staying and we suggest realistic pickup times for each hotel, with margin for the morning rush.
Multi-day events
Delegations over several days
For delegations that stay the whole event, we plan the full itinerary: airport arrivals, daily runs to the venue, evening dinners and departures. You receive one written fixed quote and one VAT invoice to your company.

From the calendar to a transport plan
Each row shows the event, its 2027 dates, the venue and whether the organiser has published the dates. Where an event has its own page on this site, the name links to it, with practical details about getting there and what teams usually book.
Once you know which fairs your company will attend, send us the list with approximate travel dates and the size of each team. We prepare a proposal for each event and update it as soon as an organiser confirms or changes the dates.

Frequently asked questions
Are these dates final?
They are the dates published by each organiser when we checked on 23 October 2026. Some are still to be confirmed and any of them may change, so always check the official event website.
How far in advance should we book?
For the largest fairs, as soon as your travel dates are known. Vehicles and hotels fill up first in February and March.
Is there an Alimentaria in 2027?
No. Alimentaria is held every two years; the organiser has announced the next edition for 20 to 23 March 2028 at Fira Gran Via.
Do you serve events at the CCIB?
Yes. The CCIB hosts medical and scientific congresses throughout the year, and we organise transfers from the airport and hotels.
Can you plan transport for several events in the year?
Yes. If your company attends more than one fair, send us the list and we prepare a proposal for each one.
Are you linked to the organisers of these events?
No. We are an independent transport service. Event names are used only to describe the dates and venues we serve.
