Samples and material
Tell us what you carry
Ingredient samples, brochures and stand material take space. Tell us the real number of bags and boxes when you book, so we send a vehicle with room for everything. For large consignments you need a freight company, not a passenger vehicle; for people and hand-carried material, see exhibitors and stand teams.
For a full week of meetings, a car with driver by the hour keeps the same vehicle and driver all day, quoted in writing.
