What a travel policy usually asks for
Most company travel policies ask the same questions about ground transport: is the operator licensed, is the passenger insured, can the journey be proved, and is there a proper invoice? We answer yes to all four, in writing.
In Barcelona, passenger transport for hire requires a licence. Unlicensed drivers do operate around large events, and passengers can be affected when inspections take place. Booking a licensed operator removes that risk for your colleagues and for your company.

Booking for colleagues
Booking for someone else
When you book for a colleague, put their name and mobile number in the booking so the driver can contact them directly, and add the flight number so we can track it. You receive the confirmation; they meet a driver holding a sign with their name in arrivals.
For recurring needs, such as several events a year or regular visitors to Barcelona, send us your requirements and we prepare a written proposal with the services and billing details your company needs.
Clear prices
A fixed price, with the extras in writing
The price shown before you book is the price you pay for the booked transfer. It does not change with traffic or the route. Waiting is free for 60 minutes at the airport from the actual landing time, 30 minutes at Sants station and 15 minutes at hotels and other addresses. Anything requested on the day, such as an extra stop, extra waiting or more luggage than booked, is agreed with the passenger before the journey starts.
Online bookings are paid by card on the secure QuickPickups booking page. For company proposals, the payment method is stated in the written quote.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change: the rules are published
Changes to time, address, passengers or luggage are free with 24 hours or more notice. Cancellation with 24 hours or more notice is free, with a full refund. Between 24 hours and the minimum window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) a charge may apply, because the driver is reserved for you. Below that minimum the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Request a proposal for your team
Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

What details do you need for the invoice?
Company name, VAT number, billing address and, if your company uses them, a purchase order or cost centre reference.
Can we get one invoice for several transfers?
Yes. For proposals covering several services, we issue the invoice for the whole itinerary as set out in the quote.
Can the passenger be different from the person who books?
Yes. Add the passenger’s name and mobile number when you book. You receive the confirmation and the driver contacts the passenger directly.
Is there proof that the journey took place?
Yes. Every service is logged by GPS with its real route and times.
