The show
Industry, automation and machine tools
Both shows share dates and venue, so many visitors cover them in the same trip. Exhibitors often bring demonstration equipment and technical staff, which makes the build-up days as important for transport as the opening days.
The dates fall just after Easter 2027 (Easter Sunday is 28 March, so the show starts two days after Easter Monday). Check flights and hotels early, because the holiday week changes demand in the city.

Industrial visitors often add a visit to a plant or a client in the metropolitan area. A car with driver by the hour keeps the same vehicle and driver for the whole day, with waiting included between stops, and is quoted in writing.

For a single transfer, the price box on this page gives a fixed price for each vehicle and you book online. For the whole show, send us the plan and we reply with a written quote and one VAT invoice. Every journey is made in a licensed vehicle with passenger insurance, logged by GPS.

Can you carry demonstration equipment?
Yes, within the space of the vehicle. Tell us the size and number of items; for large machinery you need a freight company, not a passenger vehicle.
Can we visit a plant after the show?
Yes. Book a car with driver by the hour, quoted in writing, and the same driver takes you from the venue to the visit and back to the hotel.
What is included?
Flight tracking, meet and greet with a name sign at the airport, 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, 15 minutes at hotels, and the people and bags you declare when booking. Extras on the day are agreed before the journey.
Can I cancel?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. For group proposals, the conditions are stated in the written quote.
Are you linked to the organiser?
No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the organisers of Advanced Factories and Advanced Machine Tools or by Fira de Barcelona. The event name is used only to describe the dates and venue we serve.
