Site visits and evening programmes
Many delegations combine the congress with visits to urban projects in Barcelona and the metropolitan area: transport hubs, district regeneration, energy and water infrastructure. These visits usually run to a fixed timetable with several stops, which suits a group vehicle or a car with driver by the hour.
In the evening, receptions and dinners often take place far from the venue. We plan the return to each hotel at the end of the programme, so the delegation does not have to look for transport late at night.
