What each row tells you

Each venue has its own row and sign: GV for Fira Gran Via, MJ for Fira Montjuïc and CC for the CCIB. When a fair is on, you see its name, which day of the fair it is, the visitor hours and the halls when the organiser has published them. When nothing is on, you see what starts this week or the next fair.

We only show dates published by the organiser or the venue, and link the source on each fair’s page. Organisers can change them: always check their website before you travel.

Busy days

When traffic around the venues is heaviest

On the first day of a large fair, airport arrivals, badge pick-up and door opening all happen together: the approaches to Gran Via fill up in the morning. On the last day the opposite happens in the afternoon, with breakdown and airport departures. When two fairs share a venue, the effect adds up.

On those days, book ahead and leave a margin on pick-ups. If you travel as a group, ask the driver to wait at an agreed meeting point rather than at the taxi rank.

  • First day: leave your hotel with time to spare before opening.
  • Last day: allow at least an extra hour to reach the airport.
  • Two fairs at once: avoid opening and closing times if you can.

Frequently asked questions

How often is the board updated?

Every time you open the page, with Barcelona’s date and time, from the fair calendar we keep with the dates each organiser has published.

What if there is no fair today?

The board shows the next fair at each venue. You can book your transfer for those dates now, at a fixed price.

Are the visitor hours official?

They are the ones each organiser publishes on its website, which we link on the fair’s page. If they have not been published, we do not show them.

Are you connected to Fira Barcelona or the organisers?

No. We are an independent transport service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Fira de Barcelona, the CCIB or any organiser.
