Three shows at Gran Via in the same days
Hispack and Graphispag share the venue from Tuesday 4 to Friday 7 May, and Fira’s calendar also lists the Padel World Summit at Gran Via from 4 to 6 May. Three events at once means more traffic at opening and closing times around the venue and more demand for hotels nearby.
Packaging and printing exhibitors usually bring samples, machines in operation and technical staff, so build-up days need early runs and vehicles with luggage space.

Timing
Before opening and after closing
We plan morning arrivals with margin before the doors open and suggest pickups just before or after closing time, when the roads around the venue are busiest. From the city centre allow 20 to 30 minutes; from the airport about 15 minutes, both depending on traffic.
