Two shows, one venue, the same three days
With two events running at Gran Via from Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 May, arrivals at the airport and hotel demand both peak on the Monday and the first morning. If you know your travel dates, book transport at the same time as the hotel.
Fira Gran Via has more than one entrance and the halls of each show can be far apart on foot. Tell us which show and, if you know it, which hall you are going to, and we agree the drop-off point closest to it.

The venue is about 15 minutes from both airport terminals without traffic. For same-day trips we plan the pickup at the end of your last meeting with margin for traffic and security at El Prat. If your plans change on the day, call or message us and we adjust the pickup.

Can I cancel?
Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice. For group proposals, the conditions are stated in the written quote.
