The venue
Montjuïc, not Gran Via
Barcelona Wine Week is held at Fira Montjuïc, the historic venue at Plaça d’Espanya, not at Fira Gran Via. The two sites are a few kilometres apart, so check the venue before you book a hotel or tell a driver where to go. The organiser describes a show across two exhibition halls.
Montjuïc is in the city, about 20 minutes from the airport without traffic and a short ride from Sants station, which suits visitors arriving by high-speed train.

Wineries, buyers and tasting teams
After a day of tastings, nobody in your team should be driving. A pickup arranged in advance at the end of the day, with a meeting point near the hall, takes care of the return to the hotel.

The price covers the people and bags you declare when booking. Wine boxes are heavy and take space, so tell us how many there are and whether they travel with the team. For larger amounts we send a van with luggage space, or split people and material across two vehicles.

Flight tracking, meet and greet with a name sign at the airport, 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, 15 minutes at hotels, and the people and bags you declare when booking. Extras on the day are agreed before the journey.
