Public transport at night
What runs and when
According to TMB, the Barcelona metro runs from 05:00 to midnight from Monday to Thursday, until 02:00 on Fridays and on the eve of public holidays, and all night from Saturday into Sunday. Metro line L9 Sud is the line that serves both airport terminals and Fira Gran Via.
The Aerobús, the airport bus to the city centre, runs 24 hours a day with line A1 for Terminal 1 and line A2 for Terminal 2, according to its operator. Check timetables on the official websites before you travel: they can change on public holidays and during works.
A delayed flight
The driver follows the flight, not the booking time
Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts to the actual landing time. You have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing, so a delay or a long wait at baggage reclaim does not cost extra. If you cannot find the driver, call or message us at once and we connect you.

Early departures
First flight after the fair
For an early flight, book the pickup at the hotel with enough margin for check-in and security at El Prat. At hotels the free wait is 15 minutes. If the whole team leaves early on different flights, send us the list and each person gets their own pickup time.
