Why a private shuttle
When public transport is not enough
Barcelona’s public transport serves the venues well, and for many visitors it is the right choice. A private shuttle earns its place when the team has to arrive together and on time, when hotels are far from a metro line, or when people carry material, samples or clothing for the stand.
During the largest fairs many companies stay outside the city, on the coast or in nearby towns, because hotels near the venue are full. From there, a planned shuttle avoids changes of train and long walks at the start and end of a long day.
How it works
Fixed times, agreed pick-up points
The schedule is confirmed in writing before the event. If you need to add a run or change a time during the fair, one message to our team is enough.
- You send us the hotels, the number of people per hotel and the event days.
- We propose pick-up times with margin for morning traffic around the venue.
- Each morning the vehicle collects at the agreed point outside each hotel.
- In the evening we collect at a meeting point near your hall, just before or after closing.
- Extra runs for set-up and dismantling days can be added to the same quote.

L’Hospitalet and Plaça d’Europa
The hotels around Gran Via are the closest to the main venue. Short runs, but heavy traffic at opening time.
Plaça d’Espanya and Sants
A good base for both venues, with quick access to Montjuïc and a short drive to Gran Via.
Eixample and Diagonal
More choice of hotels and restaurants. Allow more time in the morning to reach Gran Via.
Coast and nearby towns
Often the only option in the busiest weeks. Longer journeys that depend on traffic, where a planned shuttle helps most.

One quote for the whole week
All daily runs, airport transfers and any car with driver by the hour go into a single written fixed quote, with one VAT invoice to your company. Every vehicle is licensed for passenger transport, every journey is insured and logged by GPS.
On the day
If something changes during the fair
Plans change during a fair: a meeting runs late, a colleague leaves early or a dinner is added at the last minute. Message our team by phone or WhatsApp at any hour and we adjust the schedule, subject to availability. Changes requested 24 hours or more in advance are free.

Request a proposal for your team
Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Is the shuttle shared with other companies?
No. The shuttles are private for your team, with the times and pick-up points you agree with us.
How early should the morning run leave?
It depends on the hotel and the event. We suggest times with margin for the morning traffic around the venue, which is heavy before opening on the busiest days.
Can you add runs for set-up and dismantling days?
Yes. Tell us the dates and times and we include them in the same quote.
How many people per vehicle?
Up to 14. For larger teams we run several vehicles at the same time.
Can we book a single run online?
Yes. For a one-off run, use the price box on this page. For a daily schedule, send us the details and we reply with a written quote.
How long does the driver wait at the hotel?
The free wait at hotels is 15 minutes from the agreed time. In a shuttle schedule we agree the departure time with you, so the vehicle leaves on time for the rest of the team.
