Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2027 takes place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 1 to 4 March, according to its organiser. We arrange private transfers for delegations, executives and stand teams who need more than the metro can offer.

Getting there
Do you need a private transfer?
Not always, and we would rather tell you. Registered attendees usually receive a public transport pass for the congress days, and the L9 Sud metro line runs from the airport to stations next to Fira Gran Via. For an individual visitor travelling light, it is a sensible option.
A private transfer makes sense when the journey has to work first time, for several people at once, or at hours and places that public transport does not cover well.

Planning around the busiest week of the year
Traffic around Fira Gran Via is heavy in the mornings before opening and in the evenings at closing time. We plan pickup times with that margin built in and agree the drop-off point with you in advance, adapted to the vehicle access the venue sets for the event.
Hotels fill early and many teams stay outside the city. If your group is spread across several hotels, we organise the pickups as one schedule so everyone reaches the venue on time. Every service is made in a licensed vehicle with passenger insurance, logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT to your company.
For a single transfer, the price box on this page shows the fixed price for each vehicle category, and you book and pay by card in a couple of minutes. Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

Will the price go up during congress week?
The price you see before booking is the price you pay for that transfer. It does not change afterwards with traffic or demand. Group proposals are fixed in writing.
Can we have a car with driver for the whole day?
Yes, on request. Tell us the days and times and we include it in your written quote.
Can the invoice go to our company?
Yes. Every service is invoiced with VAT to your company. Include the company name, VAT number and any purchase order reference.
What if our flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pickup. At the airport you have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
