When a company sends people to a trade fair, transport has to be legal, insured and easy to account for. Every journey is made in a vehicle licensed for passenger transport, with a professional driver and the compulsory passenger insurance. Each service is logged by GPS and invoiced with VAT to your company, so finance gets a document it can actually use.
You see the price before you book and it does not change with traffic or the route the driver takes. For larger events we send a written fixed quote that covers the whole itinerary, from the first arrival to the last departure.

What is included
What every transfer includes
At the airport your driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name. You have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, so a late flight does not become an extra charge. At Sants station the free wait is 30 minutes, and at hotels or any other address it is 15 minutes.
The price covers the passengers and the luggage you declare when you book. Tell us the real number of bags and any stand material, so we send a vehicle with enough space. Child seats are available on request for a supplement, and children count as passengers. Extra stops or extra waiting beyond the free time are agreed with you before the journey starts, never added by surprise.

Arrival and departure transfers
From El Prat or Sants to Fira Gran Via, Fira Montjuïc, the CCIB or your hotel, with flight tracking and meet and greet.
Car with driver at your disposal
A vehicle and driver for meetings, client visits and dinners during the fair, quoted in writing for the hours you need.
Delegations and teams
Up to 14 people per vehicle and several vehicles on one schedule for larger groups arriving on different flights.
Hotel to Fira shuttles
Morning and evening runs between your hotels and the venue on every day of the event, planned around opening and closing times.

Barcelona’s exhibition and congress venues
Journey times are approximate and depend on traffic, which is heavier around the venues during large events.
Fira Barcelona Gran Via
In L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, between the airport and the city. The venue for the largest international fairs and congresses.
Fira Barcelona Montjuïc
At Plaça d’Espanya, next to the city centre. Fashion weeks, specialist fairs and smaller congresses.
CCIB
The Barcelona International Convention Centre, by the sea at Diagonal Mar. Medical and scientific congresses throughout the year.
How to book
Two ways to book
For one or a few transfers, use the price box at the top of this page: choose the route, the number of people and the bags, and you see fixed prices for each vehicle category. Booking and card payment are completed on the secure QuickPickups booking page, and you receive a written confirmation by email.
For a delegation, a stand team or several days of service, send us the itinerary by email or WhatsApp. We reply with a written fixed quote that your company can approve before anyone travels.
For companies and organisers
Request a proposal for your team
Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. Every service is invoiced with VAT in your company’s name. Send us the company name, VAT number and any purchase order reference you need on the invoice.
Is the price fixed, or can it change?
It is fixed. You see the price before you book and it does not change with traffic or the route. For group itineraries we send a written fixed quote. The only extras are the ones you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or waiting beyond the free time, and they are agreed with you before the journey starts.
What happens if the flight is late?
We track the flight in real time and adjust the pickup. At the airport you have 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free with 24 hours or more notice, with a full refund. Between 24 hours and the minimum window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) a charge may apply. Below that minimum the booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded, because the driver is already assigned.
How do we pay?
Online bookings are paid by card on our secure booking page. For company proposals, the payment method is set out in the written quote.
How many people can travel together?
Up to 14 people per vehicle. For larger groups we coordinate several vehicles for the same schedule.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request and for a supplement. Children count as passengers, and a child seat is required for children under 135 cm.
Are you connected to the event organisers?
No. We are an independent transport service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any organiser or by Fira de Barcelona.
