From each venue to the airport
Fira Gran Via
The closest venue: it sits between the city and the airport. Allow more at closing time, when everyone leaves at once.
Fira Montjuïc
From Plaça d’Espanya along the ring road or Gran Via, depending on traffic.
CCIB
From Diagonal Mar, on the other side of the city, usually along the ring road. Rush hour adds time.
When to leave
Leave a real margin
Add the drive, the time to walk from your hall to the meeting point, and the check-in and security time your airline recommends. On the last afternoon of a large fair, the roads and the exits around the venue are at their busiest.
If your flight is early the next morning, book the pickup at your hotel instead: see late-night and early arrivals.
