Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2027 holds its runway shows on 14 and 15 April and its trade fair from 16 to 18 April, according to the organiser. We move designers, brand teams, buyers and press between the airport, hotels and the venue.

The week
Shows first, then the trade fair
The week has two parts: two days of runway shows followed by three days of trade fair where collections are presented to buyers. The event is usually held at Fira Montjuïc, by Plaça d’Espanya; the organiser has not yet published the 2027 venue on its website, so we confirm it with you when we plan your transport.
Brand teams arrive before the shows with collections, accessories and fitting material. Buyers and press often arrive for the trade fair days and move between the venue, showrooms and hotels.
Collections and garment bags
Vehicles with room for the collection
Wedding dresses travel in long garment bags that must not be folded. Tell us how many bags and boxes you carry and we send a vehicle where they lie flat, with the space to load and unload carefully. For larger collections we can send a second vehicle for the items alone.
The price covers the passengers and the luggage you declare when booking. If the amount changes, let us know before the day so the vehicle still fits.

A fixed quote and one invoice
Send us flights, hotels and the plan for the week. We reply with a written fixed quote, a single contact during the week and a VAT invoice to your company. Every journey is made in a licensed vehicle with passenger insurance and logged by GPS. Online bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours or more notice.
Show days
Timing on runway days
Runway days follow a tight schedule, with fittings, rehearsals and shows one after another. Brand teams often need an early morning run with the collection and a second vehicle for the team later in the day. We plan both and confirm them in writing.
For buyers and press moving between the venue, showrooms and hotels, a car with driver by the hour avoids waiting for a new vehicle at every stop. Tell us the programme for each day and we suggest the simplest combination of transfers and hourly service.

Send us the event, the dates, the number of people, the arrival flights and your billing details. We reply with a written fixed quote covering every transfer, so you can approve it internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

The price is fixed before you book and does not change with traffic. Online bookings are paid by card, and you receive a VAT invoice in your company’s name.
